Registration

We are pleased to open the meeting registrations and invite you to register at early bird rates. Discounted registration is available to all BASO and BASO Trainees members. Furthermore, all members receive FREE registration to BASO Trainees virtual Day, once they register for both days of the main BASO Conference. CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION

Cancellations must be received in writing by 20th October 2023, when a refund of the fee, less a 10% administration charge will be made. After this date no refunds can be made. Substitutions, however, may be made at any time but the BASO Admin must be notified in writing at least 4 days prior to the conference.

INSURANCE

The conference organisers do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to delegates' own property and/or personal effects whilst at the conference. The organisers do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal effects caused by events beyond their control, including (but without limitation) fire, flood, strikes, civil disturbance, or for consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever.

PROGRAMME AND SPEAKER CHANGES

The conference organisers (BASO~ACS) reserve the right to change the conference sessions or speakers in case of illness or other circumstances beyond their control.

Sunday, 5th November 2023: Meeting will be held virtually. 08:45 to 12.40 (Registration from 08:45)
Monday, 6th November 2023: Meeting will be held in-person 08:30 to 18:10 (Registration from 08:30)
Tuesday, 7th November 2023: Meeting will be held in-person 08:30 to 16:50 (Registration from 08:30)

Car Parking

Parking outside the Law Society is not allowed during the normal working day. Visitors can be dropped off or picked up from outside the main entrance and there is some metered parking nearby. Parking is free after 6.30pm.
