To inspire and motivate the next generation of Surgical oncologists through a continuous professional development program with credit hours, I intend to establish a virtual platform for Surgical Oncology held at the beginning on monthly basis with a calendar covering 12 sessions on yearly basis starting for the year 2023. The content is meant to be attractive and interactive to the audience in the form of State-of-the-Art Lectures and Tumor Board with case scenarios at different disease sites. The presenters will be top notch surgeons and physicians involved in Cancer patient management from different parts of the globe and societies namely: SSO, ESSO and BASO in addition to national and regional experts. The disease sites will be basically: Colorectal, Breast, Peritoneal Surface Malignancy, GIT, HBP and Endocrine. The targeted audience will be surgical oncologists at different grades including trainees (R1-R5) -fellows, medical oncologists, pathologists, radiologists and other affiliated Cancer specialties. The allocated time will be the first Tuesday of the month, at 8:00-9:00 PM Riyadh-Standard Arabian time via Microsoft teams.

The 4th iteration of the Intracranial Glioma Workshop: From A to Z, which will take place in Athens, Greece from the 21st to the 24th of May 2025 at the Royal Olympic Hotel.

The course is aiming at covering all aspects of gliomas, from their genetic analysis and profiling to the most advanced surgical resective techniques and the long-term follow-up and support of these patients. An astonishing multi-national faculty, including leading figures in the field of neuro-oncology constitutes a guarantee that the participants will be able to familiarize themselves with all advanced imaging and surgical techniques, utilized for the most efficient and the safest management of patients with intracranial gliomas. A well-balanced combination of vivid presentations, stimulating debates, highly-didactic video sessions, and practical hands-on will ensure that each participant will be exposed to all diagnostic methodologies, to the most updated surgical strategies and to the most recent adjuvant treatment protocols. Moreover, the interactive e-poster session will serve as a forum for exchanging bright new ideas regarding basic science, translational, and clinical glioma research.
