BASO~ACS is a distinguished organisation representing all the surgical specialists dedicated to treating people with malignant diseases. Founded in 1971, BASO serves as a pivotal forum for surgical research, training, and advancement, all aimed at enhancing  patient care in the field of cancer.

BASO now represents oncology surgeons, trainees, nurses, AHPs and their centres across UK, Ireland and has influence beyond. We aim to support our colleagues with their professional growth and enhance their expertise in surgical oncology.
